I started this project to electrify the Bond Bug because it was a fun car which merited being brought up to date, with more power, better weight distribution and a gear less transmission.

I didn't anticipate the much improved handling from the regenerative braking and the remarkable fuel economy figure of 8.5 miles/kWH.

This has spurred me on to achieve over 10 miles/kWH by creating a new aerodynamic body design in lightweight carbon fibre with an expected 30% reduction in drag.
